Principles for safer space at the association’s events
The purpose of Raseborgs Regnbåge’s principles for safer space is to create events that are supportive, inclusive and safe. We do not accept any forms of violence or discrimination.
EVENTS FREE FROM DISCRIMINATION
Everyone is welcome to participate as themselves in Raseborgs Regnbåge’s activities. We do not accept any forms of homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, discrimination or harassment based on functionality, health or any other characteristic affecting an individual or other inappropriate behaviour.
WE ARE UNIQUE
Strive to be aware of your assumptions.
To assume things about other people is human, but strive to not define others' sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality or other background. Everyone has the right to define themselves or not to do so. Show respect to each other.
CONSENT
Don’t touch anyone without permission. Ask for consent.
Don’t take pictures and publish them without consent from everyone in the pictures.
WE MAKE SPACE FOR EACH OTHER
Strive to behave constructively and politely so that everyone dares to talk openly as much as they want. If there's something you don't know, ask. If you happen to say or do the wrong thing, apologize and move on. Do not out anyone outside Raseborgs Regnbåge's events without permission.
WE HELP EACH OTHER
If you notice inappropriate behavior, intervene and/or contact the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to ask a person who behaves inappropriately to leave the event.
