The purpose of Raseborgs Regnbåge’s principles for safer space is to create events that are supportive, inclusive and safe. We do not accept any forms of violence or discrimination.

EVENTS FREE FROM DISCRIMINATION
Everyone is welcome to participate as themselves in Raseborgs Regnbåge’s activities. We do not accept any forms of homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, discrimination or harassment based on functionality, health or any other characteristic affecting an individual or other inappropriate behaviour.

APPRECIATION AND RESPECT
Strive to be aware of your own assumptions.
Avoid defining others' sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality or other background. Everyone has the right to define themselves or not to do so.
Everyone gets to define for themselves which name and pronoun is used about them.

WE MAKE SPACE FOR EACH OTHER
Strive to behave constructively and politely, so that everyone dares to talk openly as much as they want. If there's something you don't know, ask. If you happen to say or do the wrong thing, apologize and move on.
Be open and listen – strive not to assume, and don't generalize anyone's experience.
Make sure that everyone can be heard and participate in the conversation. Value and respect what others have to say.
Everyone gets to participate in their own way, it's okay to be quiet too.

WE SHOW RESPECT TO EACH OTHER
Do not out anyone outside Raseborgs Regnbåge's events without permission.
Avoid using strongly perfumed products at Raseborgs Regnbåge’s events.
Do not touch anyone without permission. Ask for consent.
Do not take pictures or publish anything without the consent of everyone in the pictures.

If the situation feels uncomfortable, please raise the issue, for example, by informing the organizers.
